One young man who stated that he was from California was a “get down to business” kind of guy. He walked right in and started working. He was not wasting anytime. The other young man was LATE. Not really hustling like the other.
Nevertheless, I was very pleased with the loading.

Carlos and team were exceptional. They arrived on time, started off and placed everything where I wanted it. We had a few changes such as moving the living upstairs to the media room since our living room was not ready and they had no concerns. The job description only mention moving to the first floor. They were able to come in short notice as the other moving company got sick.

Great! Although they were late in arriving they were in contact with me to let me know which I appreciated! I get that one never knows exactly how long a particular move is going to take - keep that in mind when you book! These guys were efficient, polite and very hard working! They appreciate tips - be generous please - they deserve it! Highly recommended!!

Due to a circumstance not in their control, the crew was late showing up but they were very professional. They did a great job loading a truck and were very respectful of our property. I would recommend them to anyone.

Other than the communication mishap of being way early, these guys were great and would highly recommend!

The 2 guys showed up on time and all they needed to do was load the truck. Well it took them 3 1/2 hours to load a 3 bedroom apartment. Everything was already wrapped. They laid a tv flat with the screen facing up and then put a heavy box on top. They also stacked several boxes on top of a box of dishes which caused the box to collapse and braking several cups. I would not use these to gentlemen again.

Two individuals showed up one whose name was Hunter was an excellent worker the other name Carlos spent the majority of his time watching TikTok videos, talking to his friends about sports on the phone, giggling dancing, acting, totally unprofessional the way they loaded. The truck was incredibly unprofessional Carlos just threw my stuff in there, damaging my living room tables, breaking several items, and in the end he walked off the job without finishing it we sent pictures to HireAHelper and if I worked for the company you only thing I would be would be embarrassed. I had to hire more people the next day to unload the truck and then reload it in order to get everything in the truck to complete my move , the gentleman name Hunter was put in a bad position having to work with that moron Carlos I will tell everybody I know never to hire anyone from HireAHelper as far as my guys helpers go again, very unprofessional, they never called us back, and the reason the payment was stopped with American Express. Worst experience I’ve ever had with moving. I would not recommend hire a helper or my guys moving to move a bag of dog crap from my backyard to the garbage can.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
I would suggest them have items boxed up unless ordered packing. Also would suggest them to have their beds broken down.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves. Moves we have completed- Long distance, local, international, commercial, gym moves, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
