These guys were amazing. Very professional, hard working and on time. I couldn't be happier.

Movers, Carlos and Bryson were right on time, promptly started loading, and very careful of and considerate of items moved. I was a bit worn out from the process of planning the move, but shortly after they got started my anxiety level was totally lifted because of the ease of conversation and slight (professional) humor at times. They kept me informed about how much empty space was still available on the moving truck and always asked if their was anything else that I needed them to do ( assemble/disassemble etc. And, since I was having issues backing the U-haul into a parking space, Carlos asked me (in such a kind way) if I wanted him to back it up or am I ok doing myself. And, I was soooo happy he asked, lol. Lastly, while we were in route to the drop off address, I had to pull over because my window had clouded up pretty bad, and I dared not to take my eyes off of the narrow construction going on on that road. And, Carlos exited out of his car and approached the u-haul and I asked him to please turn on the defogger, and he did so without hesitation and we continued to the destination where they unloaded in no time at all. Long story short, and based on my experience, these guys are an awesome team, so if you are planning a move, please please give them a call!!! “My Guys Elite”, I will definitely recommend your service to everyone that are looking to make a move or any other related service. So, don’t disappoint me and prepare to be busy!

I had 4 U-pod containers, 1 of which contained half a car worth of parts ??, and they knocked it out extremely quick. They were respectful of my property, and great attitude. I would highly recommend this company.

The guys were nice and friendly but in experience as movers. They showed up with no tools to disassemble furniture and informed us they had no tools, even though I stated I need disassembling of furniture when I requested the service. Damaged the wood around our leather sofa and loveseat trying to force the furniture through the door. We had to disassemble the legs and the trim at the bottom of the sofa in order for them to take the sofa through the door they did not use the blankets that we rented to protect the furniture. As my nephew was disassembling the furniture, they just stood around talking and I had to keep directing them that there was other furniture and boxes needing to be loaded on the truck as we only had 2 hours scheduled. They did do a great job packing the truck. Will not use this company again or recommend them. I would recommend using a moving company that is insured. A hard lesson learned. We are now having to replace expensive furniture that is severely damaged.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
