When you hire us you will get personalized, professional service. We have downsized and consolidated our service coverage to the DC Metro area ( including N. Va. S.Md and parts of the Eastern Shore. We are looking to provide quality over quantity so we can give each customer the attention they deserve. We can do packing, wrapping as well as loading and unloading. I will personally speak with you and answer any questions you may have. Originally hired 2 man crew for 4 hours loading service scheduled for 8am. Team lead notifies me at 7:45am his other guy is a no-show. He arrives 2.5hrs late (@ 10:30am) with 3 guys to make up for it and keep me on schedule since I had an unloading crew in another city already scheduled. My 2 daughters and I were working harder and faster than the crew (w/ exception of the Mark and Bop). Came inside to find one guy lying on the floor with the fan on him taking a break while the rest of us were outside loading furniture. Then, one of the crew asked my daughter for her phone number! Completely unprofessional!!! The truck should've been loaded by 12pm, but instead done by 1:30pm. Mark did his best and even gave me a discount because of the problems. Thankfully the destination crew (unloading) was able to accommodate my arrival 2hrs later than scheduled.

The manager was not professional when some damage was done to the house.
Instead of arguing over the damage he should have just told me to file a claim. Simple as that.
He and his workers did a wonderful job on a very hot and humid day. I just wish it ended on a better note.

Arrived a few minutes after start time. Booked 2 hrs to unlod 16ft continer. since my 2 helpers took 2.5 to load it. But ended up taking 3 hours. The two teens were fresh out of high school. One was firly musculsar but other was thin. They couldnt handle several large items like king mattresses, dressers by themselves. We had to help them more often than not. Ended up sweaty snd dirty. Very disappointed. Mark their boss didnt help at all. They worked hard but had to take freq breaks. If you hire them make sure you confirm they have capable workers ahead of time if you have heavy items.

They were on time and came prepared with equipment . They called before they arrived which was helpful.
They seemed very tired coming off a 4 hour move with another client beforehand.
They were expensive so I probably will try another company next time.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.

Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
