Ask for a complete work and details on their service before you start. I thought $1,000 would be sufficient to move a 1 bedroom apartment no appliances or heavy pieces and a lot of small boxes. Perhaps my expectations were unrealistic but just needed someone to tell me that before they were unable to finish the job. They seemed unnecessarily slow and inefficient - communicating and understanding was difficult. Moving is not fun but it should be less painful than my experience.

The personnel that came were nice. As far as work, there was about an hour in total that there wasn't much work being done and travel to another location counts towards the hours worked. Time gets rounded up, so that is an additional charge and if it is past the 2hr mark, you will not be told. Also, there is charges for materials they use, for instance, if some wrap is used, even just a little, then you'll be charged $35 (which you could get at uHaul for about half the price and own the whole thing). Additionally, depending on who is assigned to you, work production does dwindle considerably the more hours that are worked beyond 2hrs, so I would suggest not hiring for more than 2hrs. Furthermore, after the job is done, you are hit with signing the document right away, so be very cautious when signing. There was a document I signed and information was added afterwards, cause me to pay close to $100 in addition to everything else. It's a pain to remedy, even with hire a helper. I move a lot, so I would use another service to see if there is something better and more upfront with time and costs.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
