These guys were hired to load a moving truck from a storage shed. They were right on time, courteous, and very professional. They were efficient and they did a wonderful job packing so nothing would shift during the drive to Virginia. I would highly recommend them for any of your moving needs. In fact, my brother is going to have them help him move in a couple weeks because of how great they were.

Universal Movers were amazing to work with. The movers we had originally hired cancelled on us an hour before they were scheduled to arrive. We frantically called around and were able to find Universal Movers. We should have hired them from the beginning. They moved everything for us much quicker than we imagined, showed up immediately, had the best attitudes and were very careful with our belongings. We should have went with them from the beginning. I would highly recommend them for your move!

They arrived when expected, brought equipment requested, brought protective wrap blankets for corners in house for protection. They were courteous to me and each other. They were careful with the items they unloaded and put the beds together. The job took an additional 2 hours and they handled that like it had been scheduled on the front end. I would use them again and also recommend them to others.

We realized some obvious damage to our new refrigerator (3 door restaurant fridge) after the movers left. Since it is part of our own fault, we decided not to go after them, although we were told to do so by several people.
What happened is: a moving part ( 4 metal shelves together) inside the refrigerator hit and made a hole on one side of the wall, due to the tilt of the refrigerator (moving-up through the stairs). My own fault is: I passed the wrong information of the weight of the refrigerator to the movers, who did not bring the right tools.
Nevertheless, as professionals, I feel like that they should not overlook the potential damage from the moving parts inside the refrigerator, based on the way it was moved up.
