Thomas and his crew were very efficient in moving our house into the portable storage unit! Thomas is a master at tetris and was able to fit everything so well that we canceled the truck we were going to rent for extra space! Only slight issue was that Thomas' other crew had the tools on another job. Luckily we had enough that were not packed and were able to make due. Looking forward to having them unpack in our new house!

Overall, very pleased with their service. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars, and not 5, is because management did not inform us that they would be sending 3 movers (instead of the 2 we were booked for). The movers themselves were very thorough, careful, and kind, so we really appreciated that. However, it would've been really nice to know that Casper would be sending 3 instead of 2 movers beforehand, so we could've budgeted appropriately. Instead, we were tacked on with a surprise $350 extra that we hadn't accounted for originally. The company did make sure to give us an hour discount due to their miscommunication, so that was appreciated.

Not sure what else can be said to help distinguish this review from others but overall I am extremely satisfied with Casper Movers. The group of guys who helped me move were extremely friendly and helped make what is usually a stressful experience relatively enjoyable. They were fast, asked all the right questions, and didn't cause any damage to my furniture or home. Would highly recommend them to anyone as both a very reliable and well-priced option.
