Leroy & team were great. They were on time & had everything they needed to get the job done. We had a few very large pieces of furniture and they took great care moving it down our tight stairs. They were excellent at getting everything into our 16ft rental truck. It was like Jenga in there :). I would definitely recommend them & use them again!!

Here are the things I was happy with:
1. They were on time
2. Capable to move items (strength wise)
3. For the most part were nice
4. Most importantly that helped me remove my couch which alone is worth the cost of the move.
BUT what I wasn’t happy with
1. I live in a high rise and it was obvious they were trying to stretch the time to ensure/try to get the extra time and cost to move. I had to start to help and move some of the boxes while one mover watched and only took pillows.
2. Didn’t really follow instructions. I would ask them to load the entire elevator first then take everything down, but they constantly just moved at their own pace and I constantly had to locate them.
3. When loading the truck I asked and tried to give direction on how it should be loaded being that I was traveling long distance. Instead of listening his response was “well I only been doing this for 20 years”. So I gave in and deferred. However when it was finally all packed I didn’t feel as if everything was packed as secure as I would have preferred.
4. I had to constantly communicate protection and security of my items where as they just were not focused on it. Ie: wood on wood without a cover barrier. Metal sharp fixers poking into couch. Etc.

The workers spent a lot of time playing Tetris with the boxes and furniture. That work was appreciated until I got to my destination and realized how many heavy boxes were placed on the top and caused the stacking to fail because they weren't supported. Heavy boxes piled onto the mattress that pinned mirrors onto the sofa that was Austin Powered into the truck with only inches on each side to unload it. I estimated it would take two hours for the two workers to load the truck but it ended up taking three. Meanwhile it took me two to unload it alone.

they were on time, however, had to listen to him complain about not requesting more time to load, however they did finish, by just throwing the last bit of stuff in, an hour early. probably would not use this service again, but not telling others to avoid them, maybe this horrible heat wave got to them

Leroy and Kendall did an absolutely top notch job. Their communication was great, and they moved moved us in less than an hour and a half in Texas summer heat. They were professional, friendly, and had great attitudes. Would highly recommend!
