Henry Moving company’s helpers did an outstanding job. They came to work on time and their service was very professional. The helper asked where the furniture and boxes were to be placed before they move anything. This process was very helpful to ensure everything was moved on the correct house location It also assisted to avoid time wasted on moving items from one place to another unnecessary

Overall the movers did a good job. I only gave them 4 out of 5 stars because they were 40 minutes later than their stated arrival window and used their cell phones (albeit blue tooth) quite a bit, which seemed to be a distraction. They also removed a room door to remove a large item from a room and left without putting the door back on the hinges. However, they packed my POD rather efficiently and I am overall satisfied.

The company was very helpful in scheduling my move & I thought the service was very affordable. The movers were profession but they didn't take the greatest care in moving my items. In addition, they loaded the POD unevenly so when it was loaded onto the truck, the driver had to adjust the equipment to compensate. Otherwise, I would use HireAHelper again for future moving needs as long as the movers were receptive of a little more direction & took more care moving items.
