Called and told me they would be on time. They were 20 minutes late. However they did a great job moving our things. They were very professional and brought everything I had asked for them to bring hand truck blankets etc for the job. I know we hired them to do a specific job and they did it extremely well but my wife bought them breakfast when they got there and several ice cold gatorades as it was 90 degrees that day w no thank you and when the job was done I left them w what I thought was a good tip 50$ but it must not have been to impressive bc again not a thank you. As far as recommending their services I give them a five star rating and would use them again and again.

The two movers were very polite and helpful I like them very much however they had no idea how to pack up pod container and I had to hire a professional mover to come in and re-packet so that it could be shipped

The guys were on time and courteous. However, they do not know how to pack a POD correctly. We did not realize the issues until we had our PODs unpacked. They stacked metal objects against our wood furniture (even though we had them protected with blankets) and the metal frames caused damage. They also stacked heavy boxes on top of our flat screen tv box - fortunately, it was not damaged. I would not recommend using them and would certainly not use them again.

Were they on time?
Yes, they actually arrived early (after calling ahead to ask
if it was ok with me).
Were they prepared for the job?
Well, yes and no, as I think they should have been equipped
with a dolly, sliders, and blankets to protect the furniture.
I had blankets, which I offered, but they preferred not to use
them until I made a big deal out of one piece.
Did they work hard?
Yes! They worked VERY hard! They had to lift some very
heavy pieces of furniture and navigate them through some
very tight spaces. It was a tough assignment.
Were they respectful?
Yes, they were very respectful to me and to my property.
Would I use them again?
Well, I would use them again, IF they made use of the blankets and if they took a little more time in figuring out the best ways to move the furniture, using sliders and a dolly. Some of my stuff did get nicked a little bit, but I don't want to make a big deal of it. I think they were under time pressure. Of course,
it was to my advantage that they worked so quickly, as I was
charged less than if they had been slow. They are good guys,
and I want them to have a good recommendation. And, by the way, excellent value for the services rendered!
