The crew from Lucky Movers could not have done their job any better.
Ivan and crew came on time
and asked for what I would like moved. He took the time to listen and note my comments. Then the crew got down to business and worked nonstop until my container was fully packed. Each crew member was extremely competent, pleasant and respectful They took great care to wrap and load my piano, then tied it down securely.
This company has my highest recommendation!

They were on time (even offered to come early) and worked quickly, but there didn't seem to be much of a method to their work. When our container got to our destination, the movers on the other end thought they did an okay but not great job. Some heavy boxes were stacked on light ones, a few got crushed, and the space wasn't used as efficiently as it could have been. Other than a few dings, though, our stuff survived the trip, so they did a good enough job.

Ivan, Carlos & Fernando were such rock stars! They packed each item with care and if there was ever a Tetris championship happening I would want them on my team. They finished with time to spare and were such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!

BUT they charged me an additional $350 To move my piano
The original contract I paid $150 for piano up a flight of stairs
But when they showed up I was told the piano was going to cost $500! And they immediately charged my card for an additional $350!!
Rip off. Also they broke the top off the piano and I have picture of that.

The movers were great! My container arrived 30 min early so I called the movers and they came early. They were super fast and professional - finished the job in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

These movers were fantastic! I used them to help us load all our items into a moving container. They were on time (a bit early even), communicated well, and were so incredibly efficient! They came prepared with cellophane wrap, moving blankets in case I needed any, and other packing supplies. I reserved 3 hours just in case, but they were so quick and efficient that they were mostly done in just a little over 2 hours. They then helped me pack up some last boxes, which was still helpful. Would 100% recommend!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
