The guys were on time, worked quickly while also being careful with my things. They were also very mindful of not causing any damage to the house as things were being carried out. Great crew!

the first time the two came I thought it was a fluke-- I hired them to pack a container for shipping and although they were polite and cooperative, they showed no initiative or practicality. Boxes were stacked with gaps between them, weighted ones on top of lighter ones, etc. I ended up having a friend help me pull out the boxes to repack for better stability and space. I then needed the rest of the of the house packed into the container but had the same friend there to insure proper packing not thinking it would be the same men. The same pair came back. It was the same issue. One was able to follow direction and the other was often on his phone. I had to stop them jamming my wood hamper into the container which they damaged by scraping it on the edge of the container unit trying to jam it into a space. My friend noted that he had to keep stopping them from putting in boxes upside down as well as direct them where to place them for optimization. Eventually the container was packed but it took a tremendous effort of directing them, asking the one on the phone to help, stopping them from putting in boxes upside down.... I am thankful my friend was there to oversee--the first time I was helping shuttle boxes from inside outside and did not know the chaos they created in packing until it was too late. I would not recommend this pair who also from the initial first "helping" offered to work directly for me off the books. I would not recommend this pair. Unfortunately I cannot remember their names. I cannot say whether the other workers would be better.

Carlos and his partner- I didn’t catch his name- worked very hard and helped to try to separate the boxes per room. It was extremely hot as well but they kept going.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
