They did a good job. They didn't seem very skilled at packing a POD to it's fullest. My husband and I repacked a large part of it after they left and were able to get quite a bit more in. One of the guys was very friendly and helpful and the other one was quite sullen and seemed in a hurry to get done and be on his way.
Our men are never sullen. Some have more of a quiet personality, but we will have a discussion with this employee to ensure that his introversion is not mistaken for sullenness.

They were two hours late, but received a call from them notifying they would be late.
They did a farely good job, but kind of did not pay much attention on how they were handling the furniture when moving it, felt they were concern about finishing the job fast.

The men were punctual, and even were available early. They called to verify directions ahead of time. They did exactly what I requested, and were polite and efficient, in spite of the fact that the weather was not ideal.

While they were 30 minutes late, their supervisor had called me and informed me that they would be late. They were prepared for the job and worked hard; however I felt they good have been more respectful of my belongings. Only one person carried in my flat screen TV, which was in a large TV box which he not only had the box tipped, but also almost dropped it. And many of my boxes labeled "Fragile" were stacked under "heavy" labeled boxes. Also, the the few times I had spoken with the supervisor, he sounded stoned or under the influence. Given that there are so many moving companies out there, I will go with another company in the future.

Chris and Eddie did a great job! They showed up early. They listened to my concerns about some antique pieces and put up with my opinions about where to put things. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
