Thank you for expressing the hard work and efficiency we displayed while completing your unload. And we are very appreciative to say the least. But to say we were 2 hours late is completely untrue. You as the customer picked up the truck up at 1pm the day before which means if they give you a 24hrs window with truck the drop off time would be 1pm the next day. So I understood your sense of urgency. But our arrival window was between 3-4pm. Which the guys did make it on time for. We don’t have the information on what time you picked up the truck or when you needed it to be dropped off. Thank you again for noticing our efforts.

First I’d like to apologize for your displeasure. But we definitely spoke a week before the scheduled date of your move and you said nothing about an insurance requirement which we do have. No one had even documented that you even needed that service. But for some reason I don’t know the reason maybe you didn’t know about the requirement either but on the date of 6/15 your building management requires it. It’s just requesting for insurance the same day when so many things can go wrong is not ideal. We need at least a day or 2 just make sure the information on such documents are clear and correct.
