First I’d like to apologize about our late arrival.(30mins not 45)Due to the guys having unforeseen car troubles. But as far as the loading/packing of the truck. You need to take some accountability for that. Because before the guys arrived you already had a non-professional loading the truck. That was the person who was responsible for the loading those boxes so high. The team called me when they arrived and showed me themselves how the truck was packed before they started. Not only did my guys spot the problem they also made you aware of the situation as well. And the only thing they could have done to was to completely unload the truck and start over. They asked for straps/string but you didn’t have any. So the guys did the best they could with what they had. They took some of the boxes down. But you didn’t want to go into the 3rd hour. And I understand that after they stayed for a full 2hrs and 30mins to try and accommodate you. And I know this because I was in the area showed up at the 1hr50min mark to see it for myself. So again I apologize for the tardiness. But we kept you updated every step of the way. So for you to take matters into you own hands and start packing the truck incorrectly knowing that we were on our way. Put the guys in a uphill battle from the start when it shouldn’t have been.
