Hire a helper contacted them when my original reservation cancelled a half hour after my start time. They were EXTREMELY hard working, polite, and took the BEST care of my furniture I've EVER seen before. I was so impressed that they took care of my belongings and homes like they were their own. They were also able to maneuver strangely set up areas of my new home with my furniture, as well as disassemble and resemble everything quickly and efficiently. I have another move for another home and will absolutely hire their 3 man crew and truck. IMPRESSIVE sums up the experience.

I felt like their service was just ok. We were moving from Maryland to Illinois and just needed help loading the truck.
They arrived on time, right in the middle of their window. I felt like they were slow, I mean why wouldn't they be they get paid by the hour. They arrived without a dolly which I requested they bring. Good thing we had one. They loaded the truck with all the boxes first and then furniture. In my opinion they misused the furniture pads and had ran out of the 3 dozen we rented from Budget before they were finished with loading the furniture.My husband and father in law ended up having to help with loading which is not what I envisioned when I paid people to move us.
We were moving from a 2 bedroom townhouse to a 2 bedroom townhouse and thought it should take no more than 3 hours to load the truck. Afterall, we have down this move with the same stuff a handful of times. After about 5 hours the 2 workers were standing there looking at what they couldn't fit on the truck and basically suggesting we get rid of my grill. My husband send them on their way, repacked the end of the truck, spending another hour of his time. Putting us on the road 5 hours later than we planned on leaving. I am so glad that I spent over $400 and still had the same headaches and problems we would have had doing it all ourselves.
When we unpacked our things in Illinois, I was surprise to find nothing was exactly broken, but much of our furniture had ding marks and dents from not being padded properly.
1st the movers we send out to every job DO NOT work at a slow speed they work at a safe and moderate speed to ensure that all your goods get moved without scratches and in one piece. 2nd issue of not having a dolly the movers did have a dolly on site as it was requested by customer (Trisha S) to bring a furniture dolly (“PLEASE BRING DOLLY/FURNITURE MOVER”) NOT A UTILITY DOLLY. 3rd the movers tried every possi

I spoke to Wilbur the Thursday before our move to confirmm. He called me Saturday morning to let me know they'd be there between 8:30-9a. He and his guy were meticulous in their approach, carefully wrapping and packing our dining room furniture. We live in a townhome with a tight staircase. Even with the heavy pieces, they navigated it like pros. I would definitely hire them again.

This company immediately came to my rescue on Saturday 3/3/12 when this Persaud moving company stood us up and left us with a truck full of furniture and no one to help us. I was SOOOOOO grateful to them. The other company who stood us up was supposed to be there at 3pm - never showed. Mom -N-Pops got there before 5:00 pm and moved everything off of the truck. Those two guys, Wilbur and Francisco, were SUPER NICE and SUPER HELPFUL, and I will NEVER forget them. I was so stressed out from being placed in this adverse situation unneccesarily, abd Mom-N-Pops saved us. Restored my faith in folks that put themselves out there to do business and take payment. We were very pleased with Wilbur and the other young man, they were on time and prepared with materials. We were packed boxes were coded according to our with a plan, they listened to our request regarding loading and unloading they went stright to work and continued non stop until the job was done. This is part one of a two part move and we would like to have the same two when we make the final move. It was money well spent.

The service was decent. They did a good job and although the job was done well. Some of the negatives were the unavailability to reach the contact person. They didnt arrive at the promised time and didnt even call to say they were stuck in traffic nor did they pick any of the numerous calls made to the contact. Other than that the service was good.

N Out Movers was on-time and got the job done in the time promised. They were not as professional and careful as other vendors I've used, but their work was certainly satisfactory.
