They showed up pretty late due to a delay at a previous job. This bothered me at first, but I quickly got over it when I saw what a great job they were doing. They handled our stuff with care and worked quickly and efficiently. They were also good about watching the clock, so I didn't have to. They didn't attempt to get more time than I had already paid for. I would definitely hire them again in the future!

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. It was the worst move I have ever experienced in my life. I have moved many times and have helped other friends and family move. No other moves comes remotely close to this horrible one. Two goons showed up and treated my posessions like garbage. They banged up my walls and did not have the professionalism to tell me. They did not properly secure items in the truck. They were not movers, they were goons. The goons were weak and struggled with regular sized items. I told Hire-A-Helper in advance of one piece of furniture that I considerd to be heavy but they did not send another person to help them. Two gorillas could have done a better job. If want sneaky, unprofessional, damage causing, slow, weak goons for your move, call them now.

I was very satisfied with the actual workers that showed up to do the job. they performed excellent but I have problem with the company management being upfront about the status of there people. I was not able getthe container unload on the day schedule but I informed them that to try to perform this task so late in the day was feasible, because the parking would be full and moving furniture around other residents vehicle would be risky. I reschedule for the next day and they two workers did an excellent job.
