We come in with the proper tools needed to disassemble your furniture.Once this is complete we blanket and stretch wrap all your valuable items and dolly them to the truck were we will lock them in place and have them ready for transport. A Big THANK YOU to Larry and Matt- our movers! They were fantastic!! Big Guy Movers gave us an hour window of when they would arrive and we received a phone call from them at the beginning of that window time to let us know they would be there in approx 30 minutes! They were on time and ready to get started upon arrival! They were amazingly fast at clearing out all of our things and they were respectful of our property and all of the things we were moving! I would recommend using Big Guy Movers to anyone looking for help in the area! They were awesome!!

The movers were late. Was told 9:30 but didn't show up till 12 because the office had to call 2 guys in on their day off. Once the guys got here, they did a great job unloading the truck and they were fast.
Doesn't seem like there is much communication between the office and movers.

Over scheduling the work crew by the office making our move time a little late was the only down fall to the actual move. The two guys showed up and were prepared for the move. They loaded our truck in very professional manner and were respectful with my house hold goods. I was concerned about them being tired from their previous move. They worked hard and assured me that they would take their time which they did. Our movers at the unloading end were complimentary on the packing of the truck.

The workers I had reserved (with another firm) did not come, so HireAHelper was able to get me two helpers through BigGuysMoving that day. It was obvious to me that Taurus and Derek knew what they were doing. They worked non-stop, were careful with all the furniture, were polite, and in every way satisfactory. I especially appreciate that they were willing to add my job at the last minute to their other booked jobs.

I hired Big Guy Moving for a 3 ;mile move on September 20, 2011. The two guys, Derrick and Bobby arrived ON TIME, at 1000! They came into the house and looked at what needed to be moved and decided that I had gotten too small of a truck, but "not to worry, we can do two trips." They immediately got to work, efficient with removing items that they were going in the truck first, so there was none of my furniture waiting in the driveway to be loaded. They handled my furnishings with great care, wrapping and padding fragile items. I decided to let my husband go to his doctor's appointment and hoped I could handle this move on my own with the hired help. I was afraid that I might be too much for me to handle, but Derrick and Bobby couldn't have been nicer and professional, "yes ma"ams " and "no problems." all day long. When we got to the new house, I asked if they could move a few items that were already there upstairs for me, and again, "no problem,ma"am." My husband, not feeling well after his trip to the doctor, was very impressed with the professional manner of Bobby and Derrick, and felt like we were in good hands, In the middle of the move I received a call from the boss man (sorry, I cant remember the name), wanting to know how the move was going and how the guys were doing....IMPRESSIVE!!! I could go on and on, but in summary.....this company was awesome and the guys were fantastic! I would 100% reccommend and use this company again! Thank you Bobby and Derrick!
P.S. I did go over the planned three hours by two hours and was charge a reasonable fee...no bait and switch and since I rented the truck, there could not be "hijacking" my belongings. A great way to run a moving business.
