The two guys that came were great. Packed everything super tight and got it all to fit. Very professional and courteous. They were able to do the entire pack in the time I booked and they hustled to get it done. They damaged nothing and wrapped everything with care. I've been thru dozens of movers and these guys were top tier. 10/10 would use again!

Hired a team of 2 guys for 2 hours to move me into a 2 bedroom apartment on a 3rd floor. No elevator, stairs only. These guys unloaded a 16' truck and set my bed up in less than an hour on a Saturday morning. They were professional and moved fast at something that would have taken me a half or full day with just myself and a friend. They were respectful throughout the whole process and checked in with me on where items went. I even went to move something and they insisted let them do the lifting so that I didn't do any work. You more than get what you paid for when you hire these guys.

The actual workers worked hard but they worked at a pace to move on and their accuracy and attention to detail was lacking. We paid an extra hour that wasn't even tapped in to. That was an item on contention - I knew going in there was NO refund if the time wasn't used BUT I feel that is an unfair practice - similar to airlines charging for bags - except Southwest Airlines! I wish Southwest Airlines was a moving company too - great customer service.
My honest opinion - I will not use this middle man again - keep looking if you want customer service!

When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
