Don't EVER use! I put in a claim for multiple broken items. The worst is the fact that he put all the heavest stuff ON TOP! He broke my $600 computer desk because he decided to place something that was 75lbs on top of some that is less than 10lbs, when it was tilted on its side. Broke all to hell! Awful awful awful!! Don't do it!

We should have listened and taken their advice to cancel, but your urgency, tears, and plight moved us.
We stayed, committed to help. Amid haste and solo effort, mistakes occurred – like the unfortunate incident with your desk.
In hindsight, stepping back as advised might have been wiser.
Our intention was pure, yet in trying to do right, we encountered unexpected hurdles. We deeply regret any distress caused and hope our intention to serve in a moment of need is remembered.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Peace of mind. Our movers arrive early, stay late if needed and work with a smile. It's our ultimate pleasure to facilitate your move. We will be in constant communication, feel free to ask us anything! Please let us know if you need any special accommodations on your big moving day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Punctuality & Professionalism. Our crews will arrive early to work smarter & harder. We are not there to milk the clock, we came to get the work done and put a smile on your face.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have everything packed in boxes beforehand, we are not a packing service. Any items you want blanketed, please provide and have those ready for our movers. Let us know if you need anything special on your moving day like extra ratchet straps or an appliance dolly etc. We will make the move as seamless as possible but, we will need your help as well!
What types of moves have you handled?
We've had the pleasure of working on many different moves, including, anywhere from Long distance to NY, and even local, in-house moves. Residential or office moves, we can handle everything in-between and more.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ultimate satisfaction of helping a family move into their desired home. After months or even years of planning, after it's all said & done, they sincerely say "Thank you! WE couldn't have done it without you." We literally live for these moments.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We require all new hires to have at least 3 years of previous moving experience. On top of that they will train with the co-founders on pad-wrapping furniture, loading a truck etc, until they feel comfortable enough that they are ready for our customers. We do not tolerate lazy workers!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
