The movers were a little late but that didn't bother me. They were prepared and worked really hard but didn't seem to be very experienced. I feel like they could have been better at packing the moving truck and storage unit and they were not very careful to protect my upholstered furniture. The men were very friendly and hard working but I don't think I would use them again. 5 stars for personality but 3 stars for overall job.

Unfortunately I can not report on their moving skills as they called to delay my move several times... 5 1/2 hours late and still on route - I said "forget it!"
Communication poor too!! Did not call to update as promised.

They were able to work around my schedule. I knew they would be slightly late just because of traffic in the area, so that was not a big deal at all, plus they kept me informed of any delays. When they arrived, they made quick work of everything and offered to help me put some things together. Would definitely recommend Tri-County Movers to anyone who needed help!

The team showed up on time and did a wonderful job packing my containers that I rented from PODS. I have moved with nationwide haulers where they did the loading and all of the moves were a disaster. Not this time. I had control of the process and the people that showed up took the time, care and concern of what they were loading into each container and made sure things were well protected. They asked appropriate questions and followed through. Highly recommend this mover.

They were a little rough with our furniture and not very patient with placing our items in the places that we wanted them.

Helpful, friendly, showed early and stayed late for no exert charge. Steve, the owner, contacted me to verify time and they put a whole lot more of my stuff in the pod than I thought possible. Would use the again in a heartbeat.

A last minute move left me desperate to find help quickly. Tri-County Movers saved the day! They responded to my online request immediately and showed up on time to get the move started. All of the employees were respectful of my belongings and worked diligently to get things loaded quickly. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. Job well done!

Steve and his assistant were the best movers I've ever had! They were prompt, honest, courteous and incredibly hard working, I had a complicated job packing 2 containers to go to multiple locations and they were so understanding and patient, coming up with solutions for everything. I can't recommend them highly enough!
