Save U Money Services was very excellent- we had a 16 foot moving container that we hired them to help us move. They moved everything without a scratch in under 3 hours. Even with elevator technical snags, they figured out ways to make their time more efficient, which saved us money in the end—I really appreciated that. They were incredibly nice and had great attitudes. I’d definitely choose them again.

They were nice and worked hard, but they seemed a little inexperienced. I would probably not use them again.

They did an excellent job using all the space in the pod and truck, they were courteous and efficient.

They refused to finish the loading even though there was plenty of time left (40 minutes left!) and there was space left in the container. I ended up putting the remaining items in the container myself.
They also didn't use the provided furniture pads. So some of the items were damaged.
They were friendly overall, but not professional.

They were really great guys, got everything done quickly and efficiently! They arrived a little earlier than was expected, but that was totally fine because we were already at our location and they checked with us before hand. Very careful with our furniture too, even the heavier items. They also went above and beyond by helping us take the garbage (bubble/seran wrap) and even sweeping out our pod! I would definitely recommend, and definitely use them again.

I had a few setbacks the morning of my move and these guys we’re flexible and came 2 hours after schedule and still helped me out. I sadly had a smaller truck so we had to take two trips which took a lot longer but all in all they did a decent job and were friendly guys. Little on the expensive side but what isn’t these days.

The team communicated frequently about when they would arrive, and showed up promptly. They worked quickly and did a great job getting large furniture through small spaces. Plus they were friendly and nice. We could not have been happier.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Just communicate with me on the initial call and express details concerning the job so that we can come up with a proper game plan, every job is similar, but yet different then the next...
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all over the last 12 years... Loads, unloads, load/unload, full service moves, long distance moves, box trucks, freight trucks, POD's and all other storage containers...
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Relieving the customers stress and performing at a high level while displaying problem solving skills...
What training do you provide your crew members?
I think the best training is on the job training, following my lead and example... I (Michael/owner/operater/lead guy) take pride in have very high standards in regards to getting things done in a timely manner with no damages and the crew being safe and aware of our surroundings throughout the process of completion...
