I had problems because I had U-Boxes at the Storage Facility that I needed to get unloaded into my Storage Room. They were supposed to show at 10AM, but he called the night before to say the crew that was going to do my job had been in an accident and that they could not be there before 1PM. This would have worked out as I needed to have the boxes unloaded by 4PM so that they could be taken back to Kansas City. He called and said he would be further delayed. By the time they got there most of the boxes had been unloaded by me. Once they got there they got right to work and got the job done. I would recommend them as they did a good job and handled my items with care and helped unwrap them and got them into the Storage Unit very quickly and efficiently.

Robert worked with me since my move date got delayed more than once. I was amazed how quickly and efficiently they moved me from my old unit to the new one. Although I hope I never have to move again, I would definitely call on them in a heartbeat.

My husband and I moved my aunt from Kansas City to Illinois. We hired two packers and loaders for 2 hours. Robert and Fritz arrived right on time and were great to work with. They made our move much easier than what I had anticipated. Robert had a great sense of humor! ( But..... DOES have a problem though placing his coffee cup out of harms way! Ha Ha!!) They worked very hard and were very respectful to the property and to us. I would highly recommend 3D Relocation Specialists to anybody that needs help with a move. Superb people and service. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Would have ranked them higher because they didn't put the furniture together. They said they had another job. The loading mover wrapped stuff too much causing a delay unloading. If they had more time, I'm sure they would have completed the job.
