They came on the wrong day (2 days early) and would not admit it despite a clear email with the correct day (and we had personally discussed the correct day on the phone). They said they already had another job the correct day, so we couldn't reschedule. We had to stay up most of the night before hurrying to get ready. They knew I had requested 2 hours of service, but did not tell me it would take longer when they previewed what we had to load. When the two hours was up, they had me sign the contract and release the funds to them and were going to leave, only to discover more than half the furniture was still in the house, including the washer, dryer & fridge. When I said this, they said I only hired them for 2 hours and I should have known a 4 bedroom house would take longer. So I hired for an extra hour. They had another job to be at after that and "couldn't afford to lose $500" so they pretty much threw the last pieces of furniture on the truck. We had to unpack some of the furniture and rearrange it ourselves to maximize the space, which took us several more hours. There were even still some pieces left in the house we had to move ourselves. DON'T use these guys.
