The 3 men that came to help were on time and very careful with my furniture and stuff. The problem was with Ricky. I put in my notes we had alot of heavy stuff and there was a bit of a walk from the truck to the house and needed hand truck and tools. I spoke with Ricky several days before the move and reminded him of the walk and hand trucks and then with him the morning of the move and reminded him again. When the movers showed up in small car they said they had no hand truck or tools, no where to put them in the car. I called Ricky and left a message to call me back...I got a text saying " what's up" . We then supplied hand trucks ourselves. Poor communication

Movers were over an hour late, got lost between homes, paid for 4 hours, they worked for less than 2. when they finally showed up the first time everything was done with the exception of one room, by the time they got to the second location we were half way done unloading the truck. had to make multiple calls to find them. Won't go through this service again, I still have 6 truck loads to make, I'll be finding another way to make them.

5 minutes, tops.
But they were 1 1/2 hour late.
So it was a chore adjusting my schedule.
ATL traffic is difficult, but allowances need be made when giving clients ETA.
We arrived at 5:30. Technically we were thirty minutes late, however we stayed in constant contact updating the customer with our exact time of arrival with all the traffic. We apologize for any inconveniences and thank you for choosing our service!

Start as early as you can. The more time you have for preparing for your move, the better. ?In this case treat time as a friend and it will serve you. ?Distribute the weight evenly as much as possible between the boxes. If they are two heavy they could break when you carry them and it may not be very healthy for your back either. Another option is to use plastic boxes. They are stronger and you could rent them. That way no spending money for boxes and no searching for how to get rid of them afterwards.
