Ended up damaging so much of our things due to sloppy loadings. Not happy in the end , didn't wrap or protect our furniture nor did they manage not to destroy our drywall , very unprofessional .

I loved them at first. They showed up on time and stacked all the boxes very nicely. I bought over 20 moving blankets so that my furniture would be protected. They DID NOT WRAP MY BRAND NEW FURNITURE!!!! so it's all scratched up and my sons dresser completely broke. We already disassembled everything but it still took them 4 hours. My kitchen table was completely broken and scratched. One of my mattresses has a hole in it (something poked it and ripped it). The movers who unloaded told me they must've been tired and just threw my stuff in without thought. I tried to save money buy renting a truck and just hiring movers. Terrible decision as my brand new furniture is all messed up....and I'm completely stressed out.

My guys were on time (even 10 minutes early), they got right to work as soon as the truck showed up and kept at a fast pace the entire time. They never complained, everything was properly carried from the truck and up the flight of long stairs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help. And they only had a 6 hour notice as we had this move as a last minute situation.

Great job by Yosio and Martin to unload my moving truck. I underestimated the amount of work and time needed, hired them for 2 guys / 2 hours, but it took 4 hours, needing to haul all my stuff via repeated trips in an elevator, and I had way more stuff than I realized. The guys didn't complain one bit and worked until the job was done. I didn't mind paying extra, their price was competitive even with the extra time.

I would heartily recommend Strong Arm Movers. They called a few days in advance and verified the time that we wanted them and then they arrived about 15 minutes early. They walked the apartment and inquired about any special concerns or needs that we had. They went directly to work loading the van and did it in a very organized fashion. When we arrived at the new apartment, they quickly and efficiently unloaded. This day turned out to be one of the hottest days we have had so far this summer and they didn't falter, even though they had to walk up THREE flights of stairs. We had some very fragile items and everything arrived intact. It was money very well spent and they completed the job earlier than anticipated.I would definitely hire them again!
