We’ll do all of the packing, loading and transporting of your goods, and we’ll unload and unpack when we arrive. Unlike the labor-only service, we sort out the transport too, leaving you to enjoy your day with minimal interruptions and no stress. Two movers showed up on time and prepared. I had rented a UHaul truck that I had thought would work, but once I looked at all our stuff I figured it was going to take about 4 trucks. The guys really knew how to pack, it was amazing. They worked really hard with myself and my friends and in just a few hours they got everything into the truck and nothing was bruised or damaged!
I loved their work and I would use them again in a New York minute!

First, our movers arrived two hours late (due to a flat tire). By the time they arrived, over half of our boxes had been moved to the ground floor with the help of friends. The movers were very polite, hard working, and careful with our belongings. However, we misjudged the amount of space we would need to store our household and the movers were also unable to assess the space requirements. As a result, by 7 pm, we discovered that the PODs were full with quite a bit of our stuff left over. We had to rent another storage space plus a truck to move the goods ourselves the following day. We could have completed the move on the scheduled day if we had a better estimate of the space needed. Also we asked they bring a four wheel dolly, shrink wrap, plus tie downs. I confirmed with them on the telephone the day of the move that they had tie downs but when they arrived, they did not! We would not call upon this company

The two movers that arrived to my home were very polite and professional. They were patient as I had to figure out how to reach the party to release payment. That didn't go so well. The numbers provided to me were wrong and then I was given the wrong number to call to reach the party for payment. Other than that, the movers were perfect!
