While the guys were a bit late showing up (they apparently had car trouble getting from their previous job to my place), once they arrived, they more than made up for it. I cannot believe how quickly the team packed my POD. While I had originally hired them just to help me with some of the furniture I couldn't carry by myself, in under two hours, they loaded up the entire contents of my 2+ bedroom house -- all without a scratch!

They were very late my appointment was suppose to be between 9am-10am, but they didn't show up till almost 9pm.They never called to inform me about the delays and I had to call them several times to find out if they were still doing the job. When they started unloading my things it was mostly in the dark. They dropped my new 55" flat screen TV and cracked the right side corner because they were in a hurry. It would of been better if they called and cancelled. They did put my furniture together ok and I'm just glad it's over.

They were 3 hours late. I'd booked 3 movers- only 2 showed up. Several pieces of furniture were scratched/damaged. Many of our things were put in the wrong places (i.e. microwave in garage, bookcase from dining room in upstairs bedroom) which we had to rearrange ourselves later. The men were very nice but I believe they were overbooked, and the fact that they were 3 hours behind schedule caused them to rush and be careless. Also, I told them there was patio furniture in the backyard but it was left behind. We had to go get it ourselves later. Not a good experience. Personally, however, they were very nice. But overall, I was disappointed.

These guys were great. Efficient and fast. They were also very accommodating with scheduling when our Relocubes arrived a little late. Our cubes could only be placed in a parking lot nearby so the guys had to walk to get to our apartment but they did the job with ease and were very careful not to damage anything. Great work! Ill hire them again next time we move.
