They worked quickly and were careful not to bump walls or doors too much. However, they did not help to unwrap wrapped items, as I had expected, which caught me somewhat by surprise. Overall, they were efficient and respectful, which was appreciated. I think I should have been refunded some of the price because they were so late without any fault on my part, but I am not sure who to contact about that. Show Response
