Showed up a little late which they still stayed the full two hours. The two men were unprofessional when handling the furniture. Instead of lifting they dragged some things and left scratches on the floor. They started off packing well and the first half of the uhaul was packed well but then I guess they started running out of time and the last half of the uhaul looked like it was all just thrown in. I had to throw out my coffee table because it was damaged so badly. Also when packing they didn’t use the mattress pads to pad in between and quite a few pieces of furniture have bad scuff marks on the edges. Would recommend that the company better train their employees on how to pack uhaul and handle furniture better. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this company and I won’t use them again.

Three hours late. Movers were excellent. However, caused major issues being so late. For a military family moving overseas, this was very stressful and the company was not helpful to try and make it better.

B.A.M.M. were hired for my son. They were right on time and prepared for the job. the communication between them and our household was A+ both before the move and during. They worked VERY hard, emptying out a large Uhaul truck with such care. None of the items were damaged nor even scratched. BAMM (Myke) and coworker were friendly, kind and very respectful. If I ever need a mover again I will check Hire-A-Helper / BAMM first to see if they service our area. Thank you guys!

They were careful to listen to direction and moved items to the proper location in the house. It rained the day they came and mud was tracked in. Had they brought a protection mat for the floor, that might not have happened.
