I hired 2 gentlemen to load my uhaul for an out of state move. They did a terrific job packing the truck. I would use again.

Folks were on time, quickly packed our truck and made sure all was nicely secured. Very good people!!

They did a good job with the heavy lifting, but did not do a very good job of effectively packing the truck which led us not to fit everything in the 26 foot truck and have to pay an extra $600 to rent a trailer. They also took all the handles off the fridge to try to get it through the door. We ended up leaving it and they said they would put the handles back but did not.

I only had them move my furniture and washer and dryer because they were moving so slow I didn’t want to pay for such slow service for longer than 2 hours. They were almost 30 mins late. They weren’t very fast. I found their garbage from their energy meds in my yard and I had to keep telling them where to put stuff even though I told them in the beginning to just put everything in the living room. They werent able to get even one box on the truck I had to go back the next day with a Uhaul and do it myself. It’s not worth the money.

They showed up on time and were polite. I had few boxes that still needed to be taped and labeled, so I told them to leave those boxes alone and I would complete them as they loaded boxes from the other rooms.
I had bungees, but they said I needed straps. I left to get the straps which took me 45 minutes round-trip. When I returned, I walked into them stuffing things in the boxes I needed to complete, and they had already packed several in the truck. I was the only one there with them and was trying to do a million things to get boxes ready and help them.
They asked me numerous times to show them, once again, which items were to be packed. They loaded most of the furniture and then came in to tell me that everything was not going to fit. I asked them to pack as many boxes as possible; to fill the truck. A few minutes later they said they were done. I went to look in the truck. I could see there was still plenty of room for more boxes. They assured me that they could not stack to high because of the door being able to close. Also, they said they could not put any boxes on the table because they might fall and break a fragile shelf I had. I was just “done”, so hesitantly let them leave. I look around to see what still needed to be packed and there was another medium sized box truck of items to pack.
My son-in-law flew in later that evening to drive the truck to Georgia for me. I told him how disappointed I was in the movers, so he looked in the truck early the next morning. He ended up rearranging a few things, and was able to add another 60+ boxes and another two pieces of furniture in the truck. The movers clearly were not trained on how to pack or they were just in a hurry to get home. I still have to rent another box truck to get the rest of my items to Georgia, but at least I can get a small box truck to do the job.
I was not impressed with these young men at all. I would not recommend or use this company again.
