The guys were really hard workers, although it was clear one if them
Was very green and didn't really know what to do. They damaged our house moving and are insured, but a pain to deal with that process when selling a house.

We were extremely impressed with the efficiency and work ethic provided to us! We moved from a third floor apartment and had a good deal of furniture for a 16 foot truck to hold. They were able to pack our belongs strategically so that it all fit without damaging any of the items. We booked them for 2 hours, and they asked us to remind them when we were an hour through in order to ensure they were able to move all of the heavy items we needed assistance with in the time allotted. I would definitely recommend them!

They brought straps, but didn't use them. The dryer (which wasn't tied down) fell off the "terrible hand truck" (their words) and got scratched up. When we suggested they tie down the washing machine after the dryer fell, they said there was no need. Comments included "I'm so tired" (at 2 pm) and "This is heavy" (for an empty armoire). We were packing a pod, so it was crucial to use all available space. It was two young adults and they rejected most suggestions we made (such as putting the drawers back in the dresser to save space). It was frustrating and we feel they would benefit from supervision.

Jake and Nate were here for hours and never tired or got aggravated at us. They helped pack and put our things into the PODs. They will be back to finish up with things we had to keep here, bed, etc. I would highly recommend them both. They were very gentlemanly and as far as I could see didn't take breaks to smoke or anything like that. Very clean-cut young men. We really like them.

The two men did a very good job and worked very hard. There is however a busted screen on a flat screen TV that needs correction. I don't know how it happened but I do know that the TV was wrapped when unloaded. It looked like it was hit with the corner of something.
