They worked quick, showed up on time, and were ready to go. They had no issue moving the washer and dryer in which were the biggest items I had.

I contracted with them for 2 men for 3 hours, explaining that I may need them for additional time. The manager or owner-Tim- stated that was fine, they were at my disposal. I needed them on the 29th of June starting at 9:00 am. All this was confirmed on the 27th by Tim. I received a call from the employees at 8:00 on the 28th wanting to know where I lived/ they were ready to move us. I explained they weren't supposed to be there until the 29th. On the 29th ,They showed up 1:30 mintes late. The 2 gentlemen were courteous, but not friendly. The did work pretty hard. They worked 1 hr more than expected. They stated they had to go to a different job. I and hireahelper tried to contact Tim to no avail. The job was only 1/2 done, they left. They also broke the glass in one of the cabinets.. They took pictures., they said it was no big deal, the " company " would pay for it. I contacted Tim after the move,he sent a claim form to my E-mail, that is useless. I told him that they were late , he said, "I'm sorry about that. That's my experience. Because of this my move was postponed for a whole day, which put everything off schedule.

The crew called and showed up early ready to work. One employee worked diligently the entire time while the other struggled to maintain the same focus but still did a great job. They helped me move my whole apartment in about 2.75 hours - I would hire them again, they were very careful with everything. I would reccomend this mover.

On time - ready to work and had the right equipment. My movers were the perfect balance of fast but careful. Lots of furniture relocation and moving in to a POD and they took there time with the things I was worried about and moved quickly on boxes and such. Completed the job promptly and would have stayed for more if I'd asked. I would have them back!
