We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. This is the 2nd time I've worked with PROMOVE. They always arrive close to 5 minutes before start time, so that they can start working right away. They are incredibly polite, courteous, and careful. They work hard and are very good at what they do. They are the only movers I would use again and again!

On time. Not prepared. I reserved 4 people. Only 3 showed. They were given explicit instructions on fragile boxes, and all boxes were marked with clear arrows to indicate the direction they should be packed, yet there were dishes and glasses in the van placed in a way that disregarded those indications. They were professional in demeanour, and did work hard, but could have asked more questions while loading the van regarding placement. The space could have been used better. I'd likely seek other companies in the future…and be willing to pay more. Having an extra friend to text communication during the move on site would be helpful.

Promove was an excellent company to work with for my move August 2015. Mailk and Sosa were right on time and ready for the job. They worked extremely fast and hard, paying much attention to ensuring that all of my furniture was properly loaded on the truck. They asked questions to make sure that they were doing everything properly. My move was loading and unloading, and there work was efficient, we finished right on time. I would not only use Promove again, but I have recommended them to friends that are in the process of moving. Thank you Promove, for making what is a stressful time, much easier!

The guys from ProMove were excellent! I reserved 2 hours, and they arrived exactly at the time I arrived with the truck... and they finished in only 90 minutes.

Eh. They were ok. Very nice. Generally pretty professional. Guys seemed very strong. They did a good job packing the truck pretty tightly. However, they definitely weren't the fastest movers I've ever had. There was a lot of taking stuff down, coming back up, stopping to catch their breath and drink some water, taking another thing down, etc... I've had movers in the past that didn't take so many breaks. They also ended up scratching one of our pieces of furniture pretty badly and scratching our walls badly in two separate spots.
