Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Due to a clerical error, the movers showed up quite late. However, to make up for it ProMove sent an extra person to help with the move and ended up finishing very quickly. Would definitely hire again.

These guys were great! They arrived late, but they kept me updated about their time of arrival. The guys were super nice, worked hard and did a great job.
The crew got there later than we anticipated due to subway delays but still well within the one hour window of arrival, while not up to our usual high standards of early arrival they were not actually late in that instance.

Tyrrell, the mover from Promove, arrived promptly, and worked hard to help me complete my move in less than the two hours I anticipated. In fact, I mistakenly thought I had booked two helpers, so was a bit dismayed to see only one, but he did the work of two men, carefully and methodically and without any grumbling (that all came from me!), and we raced through the project without incident. I hate moving more than practically anything else in life, but Tyrrell made the experience as painless as possible. I would welcome his help next time I have to move anything.
