The movers were timely, courteous, and seemed professional...until my items reached their destination and I had SEVERAL issues with broken and scratched objects. The unloaders noticed several misloads that could have helped prevent damage to my property. I thought I had a great experience with the original loaders, but the way my items were loaded was very amatuer resulting in extensive damages!

Where do I begin? They hit and damaged my front door when carrying the couch across the threshold. They stopped after hitting the door twice and looked at me. They made a comment and then kept going. Unfortunately, the damage didn't end! They set couch down onto our hardwood floor putting a scratch and a gouge deep into the wood. They appeared to be tired and unable to set the couch down without partially dropping it. They also hit the wall on the landing between the first and second floor. Too finish off the fun, they waited in the house drinking water until their ride showed up to take one of the workers home. Their ride asked me if they talked about overage. ???? Based on this experience, someone needs to write me a check for the damage caused. I took pictures and I expect a solution. This is my second time using this service. The first time a year ago. They did a Great job the first time. Based on this encounter, I don't think I will be using this service again.
