The guys were right on time and very friendly. There was some confusion between the dispatcher and the type of hand truck to bring. They brought one when they would have been better off with two. They worked very hard and were respectful of our property. Yes, we would use them again.

I scheduled my movers for 8:30 am for 2 hours, as I flew out at 2pm to my new home. I received a call at 8:20 that they were on their way, but running a couple minutes behind. They showed up 20 minutes late, I hardly find that a couple minutes late. They verbally said how heavy things were throughout the process At the end of the move, one of the guys named Cody, shuts my front door and demands I call to release payment because dispatch is having 'issues'. This guy had a 5 inch blade on his hip and then says his dispatch needs to ask how everything went while he was standing right in front of me. The only thing that went well was them moving all the stuff out. They weren't professional at all and I wouldn't recommend them at all. Full of excuses and complaining.

The movers were very unprofessional. When the movers (a different group) moved me in to my new home, I discovered that virtually every piece of furniture I own, including some precious antiques were damages with scratches, dents or gouges. I was sickened. I placed a claim for the damage. They offered $.60 per pound. for the damaged pieces. That does not even cover the damage done. They expected me to say hoy much each of the pieces weighed. How does one weigh a buffet, table or large plate glass mirror, which was shattered in the move? I will never use these people again, neither should you.
