I had a previous experience with Hire A Helper, and it was NOT a positive experience. However, I decided to try them again, and I am glad I did. We Serve provided EXCELLENT service. Our initial location was a little complicated, because the location was not directly on the street of the address, but behind another line of buildings. We Serve called to let me know that the crew was running a little late, which did NOT happen previously. The crew arrived a little after the estimated time of arrival, but telephoned me directly when they were about 5 minutes out. The crew was enthusiastic and VERY efficient. All items were loaded to a truck in about 30 minutes, and unloaded in about the same time at the drop off location. They were careful with all of the items, and all in all, my family was highly impressed with the work that they did. We will have need for more help in the future, and intend on using We Serve again!

These 4 guys were the best friendly curtious professional I will use this service whenever I move . They had my stuffed moved off the pod in a half hour placed furniture where I wanted set up my bed can't say enough nice things about this company and its employees.

We used these movers 6 months prior to move into the location that we just moved out of. Our first experience with this company was amazing. We loved the guys that we had and so decided to go with them again. This go around was totally different. Although the guys were nice... the service that was provided was not what I would expect, especially with how great things were the first time. One of the guys was grabbing one thing at a time. Literally. He grabbed one table chair and carried it down. If I was not pregnant I would have been able to grab 2 chairs myself and move them.. so why he was unable is beyond me. His partner on the other hand was carrying two or three heavy boxes at a time.. so I was pleased to see that but I did feel that had we had a different guy that was able to carry more then I wouldn't have wasted my money. There was another incident while unloading where one of the movers kicked a box of mine through the truck... It wasn't on accident.. he kicked it to get it to the end of the truck faster. I was just in shock.. and my response to that was, "well good thing it doesn't say fragile on it.." That is unacceptable with someone's property in any occasion. For these reasons I will not be recommending this service or using this service again.
