FOR ALL THEE ANNOUNCED HYPE I GAVE THIS CREW, I AM RESTATING MY REVIEW PLAIN AND SIMPLE BASED ON FURTHER REVIEW. AND EVIDENCE....................................!
AFTER UNPACKING ONE PARTICULAR BOX OF WHICH I HAD STEREO ITEMS IN A STEREO CABINET AND HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO PACK MYSELF. AS A HOME OWNER I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I HAD, AND WHERE I HAD IT. WELL ON THIS MOVING DAY THINGS WERE HECK TIC AND I COULDN'T LOAD EVERYTHING IN BOXES, SO ONE OF THIS TEAMS MOVERS VOLUNTEERED TO BREAKDOWN THIS STEREO CABINET AND PLACE EVERYTHING INTO A BOX, AND SHRINK WRAP THE STEREO CABINET SEPARATELY!!!
ONCE I FINALLY GOT SETTLED IN MY NEW PLACE I VISUALLY SEEN HOW HE PACKED THIS BOX, AND ONCE I WENT THROUGH MY BELONGINGS.... I FOUND OUT THAT NOT ONLY HAD HE PACKED A LAPTOP & STEREO COMPONENTS JUST THROWN INTO THE BOX WIRES STILL ATTACHED TO THOSE ITEMS!!! HE ALSO DECIDED TO CLAIM (STEAL) A BRAND NEW WIRELESS BLUETOOTH SPEAKER I HAD PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY AND NEVER UNOPENED IT.
NOW.... UNPACKING AND ME GOING THROUGH THIS BOX AND VIEWING MY BELONGINGS I FINALLY WITNESSED THEE WAY IN WHICH THIS BOX HAD BEEN PACKED, BUT THEN CAME TO THEE REALIZATION THAT THEE BOX THAT HAD THE SPEAKER IN IT WAS STILL IN THE BOX WITH OTHER STUFF STREWN ABOUT, BUT THE BOX HAD INFACT BEEN REMOVED OF ITS CONTENTS.
WHATS REALLY SAD HERE IS THAT YOU WANT TO TRUST PEOPLE TO COME INTO YOUR HOME TO DO A JOB, YOU TREAT THEM KIND AND RESPECTFUL, AND THEN YOU COME TO FIND THAT THEY'VE RIPPED YOU OFF, AND IT LEAVES YOU BITTER, WONDERING WHAT ELSE THEY TOOK, AND LITERALLY PISSES YOU OFF.... EVEN AFTER THE JOB WAS OVER AND OFFERING EACH ONE OF THE (3) YOUNG GUYS THAT SHOWED UP AND LOADED MY PLACE..... OFFERING AND GIVING EACH A (50) DOLLAR TIP!!!
NOW KNOWING WHAT I KNOW..........................
KEEP YOUR EYES ON THESE GUYS AT ALL TIMES, AND NEVER EVER LET THEM OUT OF YOUR SIGHT, AND KNOW THIS.
THEY STEAL or ONE IN THE CREW OF (3) DOES STEAL.
AND YES........ I AM ABSOLUTELY PISSED NO QUESTION.
I WILL PURSUE THIS WITH HIREAHELPER and ANY OTHER AUTHORITY FIGURES WHOM CAN REPLACE AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING MY BELONGINGS.
SO.... MY SHORT LIVED HAPPINESS IS AT A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT, ANY WHY.... BECAUSE SOMEBODY FELT THEY COULD USE SLICKERY AND DISHONESTY TO GET SOMETHING FOR FREE INSTEAD OF WORKING HARD LIKE I DID.... AND BUYING THE **** ITEM LIKE I DID WITH MY OWN HARD WORK!!!! AND MONEY FROM THAT HARD WORK !!!!

Short version is Coffey Bros Moving:
*Scammed me with the ol' "too much stuff/need backup" routine
*Loaded the truck unprofessionally (verified by Oregon Trail Moving)
*Charged me double what I should have been charged ($587.88)
*Acted unprofessionally during loading
*Caused major damages to my furniture (can't post the images here)
*Loaded furniture unbefitting a professional job
Coffey Bros Moving Company showed up to truck load my very average two bedroom apartment. Let's call the guys Husky and Grump. They come upstairs and immediately Husky tells me I have too much stuff for a regular two bedroom will need to call in a third guy. I already declared the amount of boxes beforehand. I shrug, I mean, they are the experts, right? It becomes clear why he did this later on. I didn't like that Husky felt it necessary to tell me how much they typically get for a tip, which I didn't ask. They worked hard for the first hour, then Husky went to the truck to start stacking. A little while later I noticed that Grump disappeared; I found him in the truck stacking too, or advising - I don't know. So now just me and the third guy they called are carrying boxes. The third guy they called in ,Julio, was a professional mover, he worked hard and was amicable. I noticed he didn't complain that the other two stopped carrying and loading which of course was the reason they called him there in the first place; they had no intention of working if this guy was going to do all the work without complaint. Problem is, I'm now paying for three professional movers-not one. By the time they finish I notice they had not loaded the truck to the top - there was lots of unfilled space on top. I'm paying by the foot in this truck, so now they're wasting my money. Also, all that unfilled space is space for my stuff to bounce around. When I had a real professional moving company, Oregon Trail Moving unload my truck for half of what I was charged with Coffey, they said that whoever loaded this truck is not a professional moving company and I should make a claim. They explained they didn't tier stack and that stacking cardboard boxes from bottom to top is wrong. But that wasn't all, Coffey Bros also stacked a air conditioner on top of a soft cardboard box crushing it, and most vexing, put my new leather bench leather down on the wood of the truck without protection. I gave them 12 moving blankets! I mean, how careless can you get? Aside from numerous damages, the most vexing is the scamming: Being lazy and charging me double.
Final charge: $587.88. Plus a $10 tip each, paid to Husky which he didn't thank me for.
I reached out to Coffey Bros Manager using the email they gave me but the manager never returned my email. Instead I got an email from Patricia in claims who told me they punished the unnamed workers for the incident, but I doubt that happened since the manager Ken knew nothing about it. Then I called the manager Ken directly and explained the issue. It was clear he knew nothing about it and never read my email. He said he'd look into the matter and get back to me, but never did.
