One guy brought his kids. Spent a lot of time this phone. Then needed me to get them an Uber to go home. He then paid me cash. Some of my furniture got damaged. Would not recommend.

They were on time, friendly, worked hard and got the job done in a reasonable time. The only issue I had is that they did not have the information I provided to Hire A Helper regarding what the job entailed.

This is not a professional moving service at all. 2 guys came out, one from his "real" job that he just finished and one showed up 15-20 minutes late. The guy that showed up late literally threw my things in the PODS container, wouldn't use blankets on the furniture, got threatening and cursed me out when I tried to talk to him about it a half hour in. Refused to leave until this "*****" paid him. I am 64. The other guy finally got him into the car after I threatened to call the police and the owner said he would "sue me" if I tried to not pay them. The I heard it wasn't the first time he got nasty with a woman. SCARY AND AWFUL, I was lucky the other guy was a good person.

I can't thank two moving companies enough for helping me move from Atlanta, GA to Jacksonville, FL during a very difficult time that included my car getting totaled days before the move.
When I initially was looking for movers, I tried College Hunks Moving Company. Due to the price range, I had to find movers who were not as expensive. Thanks to HireAHelper, I found great movers in both states. I didn't think I packed the best in preparing for the move; however, both companies worked with me and put me at ease. Both moving companies were helpful with my two round-trips from Atlanta to Jacksonville.
If I ever have to move again or have friends that are looking for movers, I will definitely recommend Pro Touch Movers LLC. I am sorry it took so long to post this review; it has taken me this long to get settled due to the car issues. Again, please give HireAHelper and Pro Touch Movers LLC a try.
