I would not recommend the two guys that came because…
1) Unfortunately the Cube (Upack) was too small to load all my items but… I told them before they started that my bed and TVs had to go! They were the last 3 items loaded and almost didn’t make it in the cube. I hope that the TV’s make the move, Super stressful!
2) One packer would much harder than the other, too much talking. I brought lighter items out myself.
3). At one point some items fell out and a 3 drawer plastic container disassembled.
4). My son in law made the arrangement and I was unaware of the 2 hour time frame. As stated before, 1 guy worked much harder than the other. Had they both worked equally hard and paid more attention to what HAD to be packed, we could have alleviated a lot of stress at the end.
5.). As stated before, I did what I could to help with lighter items (I’m 68) and provided cold bottled water for them.
These are tough times for all of us and money is tight. I have never written a review before but as consumers we have to hold workers accountable for the jobs they’re hired to do, and help each by reporting when the job is not done well. If I had yesterday to do over, I would have insisted they load my bed and TV’s first!!! They left the end piece of my bed and the four legs in my bedroom too and I had to put them in my small car.

John Sr & Leroy were extremely courteous & completed unloading 2nd floor storage unit in truck rental with minimum 2-hrs. John’s expertise in loading rental truck did not shift for drive from JAX to MS. Leroy’s strong stature handled heavy boxes with delicate balance and carefully placed all.

They were on time. They were prepared for the job. Both men worked hard.
I did have some damage to one of my couches. I had a furniture blanket and was talked out of using it because it would've saved time and I wasn't traveling far. I agreed to it soo not much I can do there....They got me moved but I wouldn't use them again

The guys did a good job. My bill was not ‘cheap’. With the understanding that tipping is awesome, however everyone’s situation is different. Please advise workers not to ask for a tip and then call to remind the customer about tipping. Just keep it moving. This just be explain to your workers prior to taking the job. Never appear ‘desperate’. If they are truly disappointed with the work, move on.

Typical. Come late. Leave early, blame it on scheduling. Pleasant enough and worked hard for the one hour and 20 minutes of 2 hour contract. I got what I needed done well enough and just cut them loose instead of listening to how the schedule was messed up. It was hot and I didn't want to listen to it for another 40 minutes.
