Showed up on time. Carefully loaded furniture into pod in our driveway. Carried multiple pieces of large heavy furniture with no issues. Will return to move furniture back into house after carpet replacement.

Great job at a great price. The two movers were really nice and professional. Did an excellent job of wrapping the furniture for storage in a Pod (I supplied the materials because we will not be completing the move just yet). They also arranged everything so it would be safe when moved in the Pod. Highly recommend!

I want to state that Tavon and Dre (Andre) unpacked our goods and they were excellent. Their attention to handling and moving the contents of our packed U-Haul was as though they were moving their own goods. I highly recommend them and hope their precision and care on the job is recognized and rewarded.

This review is for day 2 services provided by Step by Step Logistics. I lucked out in that I had the same team as day 1, which provided for a seamless transition for me. Alex and his team did a wonderful job completing the packing and loading of the pod. I really enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them to anyone.
