The guys from Stress Free Moving did an excellent job. They gave me a heads-up when they were on the way, showed up on time, worked hard and diligently in very hot weather to get my moving container unloaded, and were polite and friendly. I needed to schedule them again a few days later because my moving company didn't deliver both containers on the same day as promised, and they again came back when I needed them to and got the job done. I would recommend this company for your move.

Our experience was not positive or stress free, despite the company name. I would not use this service again nor recommend them for a plethora of reasons. This was an abject failure on the part of Stress Free Moving that caused us incredible challenges. 1) We requested the 2-man crew service for Noon - 4 PM. We were only informed on moving day that this was to be an "arrival window" only, not their working time. This was NOT explained. 2) The movers did not arrive until AFTER the 4 hour window (4:15 PM), forcing us to beg friends and family to assist us on moving 2 truck loads even before the movers arrived on 6/25/16, a 96F / 84% humidity day in MN. 3) When the movers finally arrived, they were not professionally trained movers; rather, they were two young men in tank tops. To give credit, these boys worked hard in tough conditions but their inexperience caused damage. 4) We could have declined their service as they failed to meet their contractual time, however, we were desperate for assistance at this point. 5) We released the crew after only 2 hours (not 4 as paid for) as we had completed most of the move without them. We sought an adjustment from Stress Free. The company said they do not make adjustments to pricing - even after admitting their fault to us. We contacted them several more times and negotiated that they would provide a 2 man crew to us for 1 hour at no charge as an accommodation for the failings on their part (we asked for the full 2 hours we paid for but had to settle on 1). After Stress Free agreed to provide this accommodation, we could not get them to respond to our requests to provide the crew to us. We paid for the crew's time, we were promised the time, we were not provided the crew. Being that their office was in TX and we were in MN, we were left with no recompense other than to post a review of this experience. This company failed to deliver their team as contracted (not on time, not experienced, not uniformed, not professional) and Stress Free then failed to provide the promised accommodation once we complained vociferously. I have pictures of our move and all phone records to support my claims.

Your Packers were at my house for more than 4 hours. I originally paid for 3 hours and was charged an additional hour. Several things were not able to be put onto the pod and multiple damage was done to my furniture stress free moving is not a company I would recommend. The gentleman that did the packing we're very polite but very inefficient in packing
