The movers were very professional and considerate of my belongings. They were diligent in completing the job and were very knowledgeable about packing the container to get maximum usage from the space. They took the time to wrap furniture and glass so that it would not be damaged. I have already recommended Speed Loaders to my neighbors

These two young men were some of the best I have ever seen. They were exactly on time, they were very respectful of our furniture and extremely helpful. I had packed everything and they were careful with it even though I had packed it. I could not be happier. I have asked that the same two young me to please come back to unpack the pod and bring the furniture back in the house. I would use them again anytime. I am so happy to have found this company. The lady named Chantel that answers the phone is also extremely helpful. This company's customer service is superb.

as long as they were supervized they did a great job, however if given the chance to work unsupervised they totally cut all corners and have no regard for the customers belongings, we had several things broken and several things just throin with heavy things on top and no rhyme or reason on how they would stack. we had to have them repack several things twice and I would not recommend their service to anyone!I feel I paid way too much and I'm going to contact hire a helper to see about getting a refund as well as several things that were either scratched or broken during the move

They were on time and prepared. We had 4 helpers and they worked very hard. Mike made sure all of our furniture was wrapped and protected well. I will use them again for sure.

Shantal & crew from Speed Loaders were great. They were able to assist us with loading a POD with 24 hrs notice. Shantal called the day before to let us know she was there to assist. She gave me some useful preparation information and adjusted the time schedule for an earlier start. The crew of 2 called when they were 30 minutes away to let us know they were delayed, but showed up as they promised. Very courteous, clean and energetic (Gabriel & Dwayne). They got right to work after assessing our "load" and even stretch wrapped our upholstered furniture for us ( I had purchased the plastic the day before but found using it a challenge). They had tools with them to dismantle some items that would fit better in pieces and were finished in 2 hours. Great service! Will use them again to help us unload after our remodel is finished.

Hired 2 helpers for 4 hours to unload 2 large PODS. They were on time and very courteous. They worked non-stop and finished a bit early. There were some large pieces to take upstairs which they handled with no problem.
Because they were done a bit early, they tried to put a bed frame together. They did not do it right. But unloading they were great and I would recommend and use them again.

The guys who loaded had a lot of problems & I referred them to Shantel who was great & handled the problem well. I also have furniture damage which I think is a result of this loading. Some of the furniture damaged was my bed, mirror, etc.

I highly recommend this company!! The two gentlemen were nice, professional and thorough. Our job ran 3 1/2 hours over because I didn't realize how much space a POD actually has in it. Not cheap but definitely worth it!! Great job Gentlemen!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call the customer to verify the information provided within 24 hours. At that time we find out the details of the move in order to assist the customer in knowing the materials they will need to prevent scratches and scars. We also call our customers the day before the job in case they are faced with unforeseen changes that require time changes.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a crew that has moving techniques and customer service skills. We bring dollies and a tool kit that includes a drill. We are your personal movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Tell your Move Coordinator the details of your moving needs. Speed loaders reaches out to customers prior to move day to assist them with information that lessens the stress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience with household, commercial, international, senior assisted communities and schools. We load/unload/pack/unpack trucks and containers. We move all kinds of pianos including grand and baby grand pianos. We also move gun safes. We are the movers that have Quality assurance managers that are here for logistical questions. We work with real estate brokers move out one customer and moving in the new home owners. We also assist in staging homes that are for sale

What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced crew members. We train our guys on what our providers require. Our policies require that crew members pad on all 6 sides of a piece of furniture. We take pictures as we load and unload. These pictures are evaluated as the move goes. If something is not done correctly the crew chief is called.
