Maurice, the lead mover was especially helful, volunterring several times to help with tasks I was doing myself. He wrapped my expensive cherry and marble furniture very well. Chris the support mover seemed to be new, and not good at wrapping furniture or moving furniture, but Maurice was instructing…read more him and keeping an eye on him, so it worked out. Maurice is also very muscled so he was able to move the heavy furniture down 3 flights of stairs without much difficulty. It's something to keep in mind if you have very heavy furniture. They arrived 30 minutes early and was very pleasant to work with. The only drawback is that Henry Moving Co does not offer a refund if the movers finishes earlier then estimated. My move finished 1.5 hrs early. You may wish to underestimate your move time for the prepay portion of the move, then pay by the hour for actual time beyond estimate. I give them 4 out of 5 stars because I've worked with fantastic movers in the past and these guys were very good but not as good as those others. Jennifer. Show Response
