For the money we spent I would say they sucked. They let the job in a mess as I had to pick up items which they just dropped where they were when they left about a half hour early. Avoid using them at all cost because that is all they provide. Very dissatisfied.

I realize they had an unforeseen incident on their end which eventually resulted in a no show, but it likely never would've happened if they kept to a reasonable client oriented schedule--i think I booked 3 wks in advance and had pre move discussions and never knew they were scheduling a move before mine which could impact my timing too. I accepted a 2-3 hr delay for them to sort out their issue and then ended up finding out they weren't coming at all, not from them, but from hire a helper. Hire a helper proactively assigned a sub who turned out not to load well. All around disappointing and expensive experience.
