Not on time, blamed traffic; Not prepared for job, no tools although I requested setup of bed, washer & dryer; They were rushing during the whole unload process; One worker asked me to go ahead and approve the payment before they were done unloading the truck; Would not use again

The team was on time and even though the truck hadn't arrive yet, they began taking boxes outside to be ready! They worked very hard and were careful with our furniture so there wouldn't be any damages. I would hire them again.

Loaded our truck in just under two hours and everything arrived safely (4hr drive) because they packed it well. Very nice guys.

I was leery of making a reservation online for an event where if your help doesn't show up, you're in quite a pickle. However, I went ahead and "The Side Guy" (Felipe) called me within 3 minutes of having made my reservation. He reviewed all aspects of my move with me, confirmed that they'd have a dolly on hand and even told me I could call him the day prior to the move to confirm (it was Easter so I refrained). Two young gentlemen (with highly functional muscles!!) showed up on time, worked hard, packed the truck efficiently and were easy going. I was so pleased of my choice and would definitely use them again if I were in need of labor.

Felipe was outstanding. I didn't know Hire A Helper or The SideGuys existed until today. They called in advance to confirm, showed up on time, were quick and careful, and very polite and proper. I will DEFINITELY use this service again and recommend it to all my friends.

The helpers had an animated, ongoing discussion amongst themselves the entire time that I didn't understand a word, but they got my 16 ft truck unloaded in well under the two hour minimum. The first number I'm reaching for next time I move

The company was flexible in accommodating my move with less than 24 hours notice. The guys were on time and patient. They made sure we had the right equipment so the furtiniture was not damaged and packed the truck just right for a one way move. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.
