Overall, they did a good job in packing my truck and storage. I decided to assist them to expedite the process.
Also, if you need your bed disassembled you have to notify them or they won't bring tools. I assumed all movers carried tools with them. Fortunately, my tools were not packed away. They had 2 furniture dollys that was a plus.
At the end of the move, we did have a time discrepancy. It's a good thing that I always check my watch and my phone as soon as movers arrive.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please make sure that your items are packed and ready. Make sure anything like TVs or anything that has glass to be wrapped. Any items that have to be disassembled to please have that done so that we can get you into your new place as quickly as possible.
