They did a good job I had to tip them. However, I need them tomorrow 8/31/2022 to move the rest of my things. Everything is parked and ready to go. This time I want you to provide the moving TRUCK. I have 12 U-HAUL parked boxes, 2 Flat Large TVs, 2 empty dressers and the bunk bed to move to the same Life Storage as before. Please treat as UGENT AND EMERGENCY. Thank you all for your HELP!!

Did a wonderful job and did it quickly! Would highly recommend. Had a few items that had minor damage that got noticed when unpacked, and they immediately brought it to my attention. Very minor things that didn't need to be claimed as they were very easy to fix.

The services were ok. They responded well with any communication that was made. They were somewhat late but they communicated in time. The guys were nice (Darius and Emundo) however I was not satisfied after having to pay for another hour since so much time was put into having to break items down that could not fit though door ways even after notifying them that it was not broken down to fit when it moved in. I was most disappointed when they rushed the end of their job where there was a lot of space left on the truck but the items were packed to the back of the truck. We ended up having a family member help us unpack items and repack pack it to maximize space.

Triple D & Associates crashed Penske rental truck, refusing to take ownership of incident and provide insurance. hire a helper refusing to get involved. Triple D & Associates broke several items including a 32 inch tv, 2 mirrored nightstands. women's mountain bike. hire helper also refusing to get involved. Dont hire this company. Don't go threw hire a helper they will be of no assistance in getting claim resolved.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please make sure that your items are packed and ready. Make sure anything like TVs or anything that has glass to be wrapped. Any items that have to be disassembled to please have that done so that we can get you into your new place as quickly as possible.
