The two movers showed up on time, were delightful and hard working. They packed our POD up fully to the top and were able to complete the job on time.

The gentlemen who assisted us in packing our POD were available early, so they called and gave us the option of coming when scheduled or coming early - we were ready to go, so their showing up early was great! They started by assessing everything we were hoping to get into the POD and coming up with an approach, and when they got started, they were extremely careful moving our furniture. We were amazed at how efficiently they were able to pack the POD - we fit way more than we were expecting to be able to. They also were very efficient (they finished packing the largest size POD in under 2 hours). We were so pleased that we plan to book them to unpack our POD when we get settled in our new home.

They arrived on time. They were prepared to do the job. They even gave us supplies such as wrapping tape for the grandfather clock and hand tools to disassemble and assemble the living room and kitchen and bedroom furniture. They’ worked very hard and did not waste time. They were respectful of our property they took extreme care with moving out of my home and into an apartment. Yes I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to family and friends.

The two man crew was clean, strong, efficient, polite. The only problem, a big one was they were over two hours late and it creatd a great inconvenience with my truck rental. They did call me twice to tell me they were coming but my truck sat and time ticked away. Worke hard, respectful ready to work.

The guys arrived on time despite the rain and did a great job with my heavy furniture. They went above and beyond to ensure our stuff and the walls didn't sustain any damage and never slowed down to milk the clock like previous crews. I would definitely hire them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Any client that books with Focus Movers will get a high class Moving experience just as all of our current clients do. We are close to a 5 Star rating for a reason and we will continue to be as such.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your Moving day expect a call a half hour to 45 minutes before our arrival and also please expect to just relax. We will take care of it all. Our professional crew has the skill and knowledge to handle it all.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please prepare for your Moving day by having everything packed and ready to go. We offer packing help too at no additional cost. The more you have done the faster we can do what is neded.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all. We currently have State Jobs , we handle commercial and residential moves too. There is nothing in this industry that we have not tackled.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being movers is the excitement of seeing our hard work pay off which normally ends with a smile and a 5 Star Rating.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We offer 1st class training to all of our crew members. Each member is a full time staffed employee and also has 3 years minimum experience in the Moving industry . (No Day Laborers Here) this is our life.
