87 Movers is the BEST! They send Tony and Caleb to help me unload my 16 foot moving pod. They were both on time and very efficient with their time. They put my bed together and TV set together, moved tons of boxes and furniture. Both of the guys are professional and very friendly! I HIGHLY recommend this company for all your moving needs!

Tony at 87 Movers delivered exactly that!
tl;dr? Extremely professional, respectful of your belongings, showed up with masks, booties, uniform and on time. Great attitude and there is nothing I can even nitpick on. Hire them, now!
Long versoin: After placing an order, Tony reached out to me and confirmed the appointment. As we got closer, they reached out to give us instructions on how it works and suggestions on how to make the move efficient (like pre labeling what goes into the POD).
Then they confirmed Kenny and Noma as my moving labor help. On the day of, they contacted me in advance to let me know where they are and when they will arrive. The arrived just like they said, and didn't even require me to meet them as they found their way to my apartment.
They moved everything efficiently, fast and worked really hard. They were extremely gentle with my belongings and packed the POD very efficiently (even though I had extra space) so if you are concerned about space, they will make sure to use every inch available. They packed everything in order to best protect fragile items like TV (without a box) and my computer.
They had check-in/out sheet and notified me that they will go over time as we get closer, and that was expected since I have a lot of stuff.
Extremely professional and I have never had such a moving experience prior. I highly recommend them wholeheartedly!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive another phone call within 24 hours of your moving day (or same day if we have last minute availability) to confirm your pickup and drop off addresses. If your move only requires a load or unload, we will confirm 1 location only, the start time, logistics such as gate codes, security gates and protocols, and parking will be discussed. You will also get some helpful tips on this same phone call on what you can do as our customer to make this smooth move more efficient!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Give our crew leader and mover(s) a walk through of your job at the date and time you told us to show up. You will get a focused group of experienced movers who are here at your disposal. Let us know where to stage certain marked boxes, special furniture we need to be aware of, and relax.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers are encouraged to clear a path from the front door. If there is a garage, make sure there is a path to the kitchen or any common areas. We usually like to start in the Master Bedroom which is why we want to have a path there. If possible, stack your boxes evenly so we can just transfer them by dolly at a faster speed.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We enjoy helping people. We want the quality of our work and customer service to be so good, that you will tell your friends and family when they are looking for that help too.
What training do you provide your crew members?
New crew members who take a junior position go through a week long probation after 2 days training in a warehouse environment, where we have a dock, a truck, furniture, pads, rubber bands, and dollies. If they don't know what to do, they will by the time we send them to your house. Crew members with experience are asked to do things such as wrap a chair with a blanket to prove what they wrote on the application.
